Here is an opportunity to introduce myself, Robyn Pollard, the
Director of Moving Forward Business Training and Coaching and
creator of the 'Moving Forward Business Coach program' which
focuses on Vision + Strategy + Systems + People = A
successful business which is getting so many
wonderful results for our clients.
My passion is helping businesses develop. Most business owners
look at the work that must be done for their business from a
tactical point of view rather than a strategic view. I coach
my clients to develop their business so that they can enjoy their
life and are empowered by their business. It is necessary for the
business owner to work at not only the strategic elements of
building a business, but also the culture, finances, setting
the agenda, creating systems and obtaining results.
Leadership and team development skills are also very
necessary components of developing a successful business. The
Moving Forward Business Coach program focuses on all these areas so
that business growth is balanced for achieving maximum results.
There are many business management courses available but how
often do you go to a course and then come back to work and then
have to apply the knowledge. Quite often this is difficult.
Our coaching is different. Everything relates to
creating your own successful business. It is hands
on and you work entirely on your own business and very
soon you will have a solid foundation for developing your business.
We work individually with clients or at group workshops.
I analyse my clients needs so that they can build a strong
foundation for their business together with building an asset,
rather than just a job for the owner. My clients are generally
business owners or executives.

all subjects in the Secretarial Studies courses at TAFE
• 6 years business
analysis, technical writing, instructional design, and project
management

I am a highly skilled business coach with many years industry
experience in business analysis, business development, training and
business coaching. I am a member of the International Coach
Federation and was leader of the Business Development special
interest group (SIG) for the International Coach Federation, which
meets once a month on an American bridgeline
for two years. I am now training other coaches to
also deliver the Moving Forward Business Coach ‘Successful Business
Program’.
